Cask V4.1 5 head canning line. We purchased it from another local brewery in 2019 and did a complete overhaul. Replaced pretty much every part before operating. Including having a Cask rep fly into town to check our work. We have been running 100 cases per week for 5 years so gently used. Runs an easy 24 cans per minute. Solid machine for a small footprint. Comes with the Cask depallitizer and twist rinse (huge value).

Description: 2023 3 HP American Chiller Glycoly Chiller (our 'back up chiller' that rarely runs... like new) and 300 gallon glycol reserve tank A re-circulating, packaged, chiller, engineered to provide 28F glycol. Chiller will circulate a clean fluid at a constant temperature, pressure and flow. Summary of operation: American Brewery Chillers are engineered spe- cifically for brewery cooling applications. Many fail safe options are included and additional upgrades including redundant systems are available. Standard features: Electrical: Single point power connection to weather proof electrical panel allows for quick installation. 24 vac control circuit provided from transformer. Controls & Safeties: Compressor high and low refrigeration pressure safeties, anti-short cycle time delay, water flow safety switch. Mi- croprocessor based digital controls with inter- locks and for low flow and high supply temper- ature. Refrigeration: R-404a system with all copper refrigeration lines; liquid line solenoid valve, site glass and moisture indicator, filter dryer, externally equalized thermal expansion valve, discharge line check valve and service valves on liquid and suction lines. Compressor: Hermetic scroll compressor with crankcase heater, suction gas cooled motors, internal overload protection. Air Cooled Condensers: Energy efficient PSC fan motor, high efficiency enhanced tube and fin condenser design, and are sized for full ca- pacity at 95°F ambient. Fan blades are dynami- cally balanced. Hot gas head pressure control for low ambient to –20F degrees is standard. Evaporator: High performance stainless steel brazed plate evaporator with UL listing, closed cell insulation prevents condensation within the cabinet.
