For all bidders, a credit card pre-authorization of $100.00 will be required when registering for an auction. This 24hr authorization will go back to the card. 

Funds are released by Iron Horse after 24 hours, but some banks can take up to a week to credit your account.

$100.00 credit card authorization is a separate transaction and does not come off the total of the invoice.

For bidders who want to pay cash, wire or certified check this authorization is required and you can still let us know at the end of the auction not to run your card on file.

This is a unique opportunity to acquire a high-performing portfolio of 53 fully operational ATMs (3 owned by 3rd-Party) situated across 50 locations throughout North Carolina (48), South Carolina (2), and Virginia (3). The portfolio includes machines in game rooms, convenience stores, retail environments, and other high-traffic venues.

The August 2025 Report reflects the most recent information including total machines and location (city). 

Across the months of (May–July 2025), during which the Secured Creditor has maintained full control and operation of the assets, the machines averaged 15,169 transactions per month, dispensing an average of $1,597,016.33 in cash and generating $56,073.35 in gross monthly revenue and $37,994.98 in average monthly net profit. Seasonal increases of 25–30 percent are anticipated during tax refund season (first week of February through the last week of April).

Based on this performance, an annualized pro forma projects $723,346.22 in gross revenue and $490,135.29 in net profit. All assets will be sold together as a complete package, not individually.

Portfolio Overview
• Locations highlighted in green use third-party-owned machines; the winning bidder may either continue paying $0.50 per transaction to the current owner or provide their own equipment at these sites with no further obligation.
• Locations are primarily across North Carolina, with two sites in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and three sites in Roanoke, Virginia.
• All ATMs are fully functional 
• Game room placements generate high volume but may carry legal risk; buyer assumes full responsibility.
• No written location agreements are in place.

Equipment Summary
• Includes Genmega 2500 and Hyosung 2600/2700 ATMs.
• The Secured Creditor believes approximately 95% of machines are EMV compliant. No estimate is provided for PCI compliance (regarding keypads).
• Additional 15–20 non-operational machines or parts stored in Greensboro, NC, are included. See photos for details.

Processing & Contract Terms (Refer to July 2025 Report for machine numbers) 
• Processors: DNS, Switch, and Cardtronics.
• DNS accounts are fully transferable to a processor of the winning bidder’s choice.
• Locations 26 and 27 must remain on Cardtronics unless equipment is replaced.
• Locations 22–25 must remain on Switch due to a national contract.
• Locations 22–25 are also under contract with Venco Business Solutions of Bland, VA. The winning bidder will receive $1.64 per transaction for cash loading post-transfer for Lots 22, 23, and 24 and $2.00 per transaction for Lot 25 (all four of these increased from the current $0.85). ATM equipment at these locations conveys with the sale.
• Interchange Revenue and Processing Fees will depend on the winning bidder’s processing agreement.
