$100.00 credit card authorization is a separate transaction and does not come off the total of the invoice.

For bidders who want to pay cash, wire or certified check this authorization is required and you can still let us know at the end of the auction not to run your card on file.

Credit cards will not be processed for any titled vehicle or trailer. Sales tax applies to any non-titled auction lot.

Lot 1:Okamoto ACC2480-IQ Precision Surface Grinder

Serial# 20639. Installed 9/2025, like new shows no signs of use. 24" X 80" Chuck size. 13ft. X 9ft. Footprint. Transformer included.The chuck controller for this machines work holding on table needs 480V transformer if the buyer does not have 480V transformer or building main voltage is not set at 480V.+/-10% voltage.

This machine was originally ordered with special-order in-floor anchor bolts, which are not standard. As a result, the buyer will need to either:

Purchase the appropriate quantity of above-floor standard leveling pads and leveling bolts, or
Order a new set of in-floor anchor bolts designed for the machine.

The existing anchor bolts are embedded in the facility's concrete floor and cannot be removed by Okamoto or reused. Therefore, they will remain with the building and will not be included with the machine.

This Lot includes a $34,530 Rigging Fee. This includes Okamoto Technician oversight on disassembly for transport, removal from building & loading onto buyer Provided transport. THIS FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION.

Removal is scheduled to start August 19th, Buyer will need to be prepared with transportation.
